Founded in 1925, this Italian design company is world-renowned for its radical reinterpretation of the modern kitchen. Blending tradition with innovation, the Arclinea kitchen celebrates the social significance of cooking while leading the trend in functional modernization.
Arclinea kitchens are thoughtfully designed with ample workspaces and features that rival the professional kitchens from which they are informed. Expect to find loads of exclusive elements and discreet storage solutions, like their celebrated drawer dividers, accessorized wall panels and yep... luxury snack systems.
Arclinea offers several collections, each distinct in their own, albeit subtle way. Artusi’s extremely robust, multi-purpose steel units are designed with all the trappings of a professional kitchen, while the natural wood and stone islands of the Lignum et Lapis collection could comfortably moonlight as minimalist sculpture. The Convivium collection places entertaining at the center of its design by maximizing open spaces and convertible workspaces. And then there’s Gamma, with its near-infinite finish options, designed to fit seamlessly into any of the other collections.
Arclinea kitchens are s-l-e-e-k. But they're not just hard lines and high-gloss. Each kitchen is a delicate interplay of material, form, and function that aims to elevate its place at the heart of the home. As the company puts it, “Of all the rooms in the home, the kitchen is the most complex and fascinating, the place where cuisine and conviviality, the ancestral elements of fire and water, high-performance materials and cutting-edge technologies all merge into one.” And that sentiment is echoed across all of their techno-material choices.
This is one of our guiding design principles as well, and why we’re so pumped to have them back in our inventory.
