If you want to know why Sub Zeros are so expensive, read the comments here. They keep produce fresher longer. They stand out for food preservation not just refrigeration.

Retail price is around $7,500. I'm finding comparable units available between $2000-$4800. With that in mind, and considering you may want to change out the panel for stainless steel, I'm asking $2700. You can buy the stainless steel panels cut to size from Industrial Metal Supply.

Having been in multiple homes with Sub Zeros from the 1980s still humming along, you can expect many more years of the highest quality food preservation.
