2. No Returns, Refunds or Exchanges
We do not accept returns or provide refunds; however, if you receive an item that has major defects not disclosed in the listing or the description in the listing was very inaccurate in important ways compared to the actual item, please contact email@example.com immediately, and we will attempt to help you resolve the issue. If you do not contact us immediately upon receipt of the item, you will be deemed to have accepted the item.
For in-store purchases, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. We do not offer refunds.
If you file a chargeback after completing the item receipt process, ReFind Kitchens will promptly dispute this chargeback and you will be responsible for any and all costs including reasonable attorneys’ fees associated with our dispute.
